Environmental Issues
As a business we use the latest IT solutions to work effectively,
securely and efficiently. The additional benefit of our IT systems
is the reduction of the amount of paper we use. Where paper
documents are required which are to be destroyed, where possible, we
recycle internally as note paper and then securely shred. We use a
secure independent shredding service which recycles the shredded
paper.
Where possible environmentally friendly products are sourced and
used by the office, for example RainForest Alliance certified
coffee, recycled paper for printing etc.
Meetings with clients are a primary focus and function of the
business, where possible these meetings are held by telephone or
video conference to minimise travel. Where travel is required, we
look to use train if possible or arrange a number of meetings in one
geographical area to minimise the impact of car use.
