Amelia Thomas

I joined Harbour Key in April 2018 as Operations Administrator, with a mix of both practical and academic expertise in organising and managing teams, customer service and business planning.

From the age of 17 I worked in my father’s garage, managing HR and liaising with clients on their bookings and other car-related issues. While working there I obtained a First in Business & Management at Bath Spa University specialising in accounting, statistics and operations management. My dissertation focused on contingency planning, business models and operations management, all skills which I hope to use to benefit our clients. I enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, so I’ve clearly come to the right place!

Shortly before joining Harbour Key I married Dale, and we live locally with our two cats. As a huge animal lover, I’m keen to expand our pet ownership (shhh, don’t tell Dale) and I’m passionate about animal welfare, including supporting local animal charities. I also love indulgent food, good wine and when I have the time to go, running.
