Matt Price

My career in accountancy started after leaving sixth form to join a school leaver programme offered by a top 10 accounting firm in Birmingham. My experience in the big firms gave me the fundamental knowledge and skills that provided me a platform to build my career on. After five years in Birmingham, in April 2026, I joined Harbour Key as a senior accountant shortly after becoming ACCA qualified. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time so far and the work is diverse and the client types are vast which means that I'm constantly learning and developing. Since joining, the team have supported me with their knowledge and passion for our clients, which creates a positive environment to work in. 

Outside of the office, I enjoy a variety of sports and travelling. I have a season ticket for my team Wolves so I spend many weekends following the team home and away. If I'm not watching Wolves, you may find me exploring European cities on a long weekend break. In addition, I enjoy long distance running and regularly attend 10k and half marathon events.
