In 1998, I embarked on my journey in the field of accountancy, fresh-faced and eager, right after completing my school education. I kick-started my career at a small local practice in Gloucester, where I commenced my formal training under the Association of Accounting Technicians. My dedicated pursuit of excellence led me to eventually qualify as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Throughout my professional journey, I've had the privilege of working at various accountancy firms, with my longest tenure lasting a decade. During this time, I have assisted a diverse range of businesses, from fledgling startups to thriving multimillion-pound enterprises.
In 2021, I took on the role of an accounts manager here at Harbour Key, where my primary focus revolves around managing accounts and overseeing tax preparation for clients.
Outside of my professional life, I cherish my moments spent with my family. I've been fortunate to receive a life-changing kidney transplant, which has deepened my appreciation for the precious moments shared with my wife and our five children, who keep me constantly engaged.
As an avid cinephile, I relish trips to the local cinema, immersing myself in the magic of the silver screen. In in my spare time, I channel my creative energies into crafting replicas of TV and movie props, often utilising my collection of three 3D printers.
