Client Onboarding Administrator

I am the newest team member at Harbour Key, as the client onboarding administrator.  I am responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new clients engaging with Harbour Key, while making sure that legal and regulatory requirements, such as Anti-Money laundering, are complied with.  My priority is to make the client onboarding journey run as efficiently as possible for the client, so that a client is set up correctly on the firm’s systems with all regulatory checks completed, enabling the team of professional advisors to provide the technical advice and support required.

One of the most gratifying aspects of my role is meeting and working with a diverse range of clients and learning about their business.   I also enjoy overseeing and reviewing processes, to see if they can be improved to improve client engagement with Harbour Key and service delivery.

My passion for client service started with my trainee background in commercial sales for an international group, working my way to a team leader role, before leaving to start my own business.  I opened a hospitality business in an empty unit in Cheltenham, building the business from a standing start to winning a regional award for customer service. I sold the business after six years and the business continues to trade under the new ownership.  Having spent a period running the back-office, in particular financial record keeping, for a window manufacturer and fittings company, I made the decision to join Harbour Key.

In my personal life, I am happily married with two children.  I enjoy keeping fit, regularly visiting the local gym, as well as travel and being creative with a passion for sewing, gardening and a touch of interior design.
